DR. SHIRIN AGHAHOSSEINI
After graduating Radiology Medical School in Berlin, Germany in 1982, Dr. Shirin Aghahosseini spent 8 years working nearby in Spandau Hospital. While working with many cancer patients at Spandau, she was moved by a desire to help her patients prevent cancer rather than just treat cancer.
Her desire to effectively address the cause of cancer at its roots, led her to pursue an alternative path of medical study.
Dr. Shirin rededicated herself to furthering her education, only this time with focus on acupuncture and herbology. Her studies brought her to Shanghai, China where under the guidance of many fine professors, she mastered the art of acupuncture. Dr. Shirin graduated from the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She is board certified in NCCAOM. Dr. Shirin is also certified in hypnotherapy by International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the largest Hypnosis Association focusing on hypnosis in health care.
